Certification and Benefits

Upon successful completion of this training, you will:

- Have completed the educational requirements towards becoming a Certified ARISE Interventionist

- Receive a certificate for 18 continuing education credits hours

- Become a Certified ARISE Interventionist (CAI) upon completion of two successful ARISE cases under supervision of a ARISE trainer

- Be eligible to purchase telephone consultation from an ARISE trainer at a reduced rate

- Receive complementary certification for one year from the time of completion of both educational and clinical requirements

- Be eligible to join the Association of Certified ARISE Interventionists as an Associate Member pending completion of the clinical requirement for CAI at which time you become eligible for Clinical Membership

- Have completed the educational requirement necessary to become a Board Registered Interventionist I (BRI I) with IODAPCA (Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification). Advanced courses are available for BRI II Training


SATISFACTORY COMPLETION : Participants must have paid tuition fee and completed an online Attendance/Evaluation form in order to receive a continuing education certificate. Participants not fulfilling these requirements will not receive a certificate. Failure to complete the online Attendance/ Evaluation form will result in forfeiture of credit for the entire conference. No exceptions will be made. Training must be attended in its entirety. Certificates are available immediately after completing the online form.

PSYCHOLOGISTS : This programis co-sponsored by Amedco and Foundations Associates. Amedco is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Amedco maintains responsibility for this program and its content. 18 hours.

PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS : Foundations Associates is recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors to offer continuing education for certified counselors. We adhere to NBCC continuing education guidelines. Provider #5954. 18 hours.

SOCIAL WORKERS AND MFTs : This course is co-sponsored by R. Cassidy Seminars and Foundations Associates. R. Cassidy Seminars, ASWB provider #1082, is approved as a provider for continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards, ( www.aswb.org ), phone: 1- 800-225-6880) through the Approved Education (ACE) program. R. Cassidy Seminars maintains responsibility for the program. Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval. Social workers will receive 18 continuing education clock hours in participating in this course.

CA BOARD OF BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES
: Course meets the qualifications for 18 hours of continuing education credit for MFTs and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, Provider #PCE875.

CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY COUNSELORS : Foundations Associates is approved by NAADAC Approved Education Provider Program for 18 contact hours. Approval #000320.

CALIFORNIA NURSES : Provider approved by the CA Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP13683, for 18 contact hours.
